ISD have worked with Henderson’s for over 10 years.

This master-plan redevelopment at Mallusk Road and Hightown Avenue comprises multi-temperature food warehouse and transport hub, cold stores, chilled marshalling, corporate office block, ambient warehousing and lorry yard.

Mushroom Production Facility, Howden, Hull

CLIENT: Hughes Group

A new £30 million mushroom growing facility providing packaging and distribution services.

Constructed over 3 phases with 21 80m long automated growing and picking rooms, refrigerated storage, chill packaging, dispatch, crate wash, plant, and 2-storey office block.

This facility was designed to be among the most energy efficient mushroom production facility in the UK.

Pharmaceutical Production Facility, Co Antrim

CLIENT: Pharmaceutical Production Facility, Co Antrim

ISD were involved in this extension to an existing pharmaceutical production facility in Co Antrim. The initial phase of the project involved the construction of a new plantroom to house the new steam plant required to service the extended production facility. This phase also saw the installation of a cooling tower, RO water and WFI plant. Phase 2 involved the construction of a new 2500m2 Production facility and associated testing laboratory.

A new 86,000ft² Welding and Production Factory comprising 45,000ft² Factory, 16,000ft² shot blast and spray workshop, 16,000ft² two-storey office and 9,000ft² testing building manufacturing mobile quarry crushing and conveyor plant.

Located at their existing site in Dungannon Business Park Co. Tyrone.
