CLIENT: Graham Interior Fit-Out

ISD were appointed by Belfast Harbour Commissioners as part of a multi-disciplinary design team to carry out Category A and Category B fit-Out for Santander UK in the existing City Quays 3 building over 2 levels.

The project was designed and tendered to leading interior fitout companies. Graham Interior fitout was appointed in July 23 to complete the works.

ISD provided full professional services on this project from RIBA stage 2 to completion.

Having completed the design for the original 1840’s linen building to provide 21,500ft2 of Cat A flexible modern office accommodation that won the award for the ‘Best Commercial Project under £3.0m' at the RSUA 2016 Awards, ISD were retained to undertake the fit-out of the first floor and then the ground floor to full Cat B specification.
