Two new Sports Complexes for Derry GAA at Owenbeg and Antrim GAA Dunsilly. These projects comprise a floodlit main and training grass pitches with changing and fitness facilities.

Situated within the Coleraine Campus of the Ulster University this sports centre offers modern facilities for both academic staff and the general public. The building consists of a large sports hall, a state of the art fitness suite incorporating an adjacent strength & conditioning room, office accommodation and changing areas serving both the internal areas and the adjacent external pitches. Complimenting the changing areas are a steam room and sauna.

The building achieved a BREEAM Excellent Standard and was completed in 2017.

New build high-performance athlete training and university sports science facility at the Jordanstown Campus of the Ulster University.

Facilities include indoor 3G pitches, health suite, indoor and outdoor athletics tracks, spectator seating, gymnasium, squash courts and sports science facilities.
